For several weeks now, starting at the base of my neck on my spine area going up into my scalp area have been giving me an aching sensation. Sometimes to the point of giving me severe headaches. Sometimes this area begins to burn on my spine. It s the same spot. It is sensitive to touch...like there is a bruise on my spine. I feel tired a lot. My joints in my thumbs are stiff feeling..not sure if this is related. I sometimes have a tingling sensation in my feet for no reason. Any ideas??..
